Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chicken Breast

A generous sized Boneless Chicken Breast seasoned to perfection and wrapped in bacon, then smothered and baked in our Signature Sauce with Almonds. Served with rice pilaf and your choice of one other side item.

Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Bite sized pieces of tender, seasoned chicken breast in a delicate cream sauce, topped with Ritz cracker crumbs and baked to a golden brown. Served over rice with your choice of 1 side item.

Pork Tenderloin

Tender slices of our slow roasted pork tenderloin in a brown sugar and mandarin orange glaze. Served with scalloped potatoes and your choice of one other side item.

Lasagna

Layers of Italian seasoned ground beef, cheese and pasta. Served with tossed salad and your choice of one other side item. Garlic Yeast rolls may be substituted for traditional yeast rolls.

Steak Tips & Rice

Tender bite sized pieces of slow cooked beef  tenderloin in gravy served over rice. Also includes your choice of 1 other side item.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

 

Ham & Provolone cheese stuffed inside a breaded chicken breast and baked to a golden brown. Served with Rice Pilaf, Green Bean Almandine and a Tossed Salad.

Ricky’s Famous Ribeye Steak

Freshly cut to order, USDA Choice Ribeye steaks, perfectly marinated and Chargrilled over an open flame. Served with Baked Potato and Tossed Salad.

Available in 10 ounce or 12 ounce
