$200.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. 
$150.00 clean up fee with use of outside catering.

ALL prices above include indoor tables and chairs. Outdoor tables, chairs, table cloths, and colored table toppers are available for rent at an additional cost.  We can match most colors.

We have catering available on site with Karen Tucker Catering. If you choose to use an outside caterer they will need to provide their own items for setup, or you can rent setup items through Auataga Place for an additional fee.
*No cooking or grilling is permitted onsite. We have a large refridgerator and ice machine that can be used.



*Refundable deposits will be refunded to you thirty (30) days after your event.  This allows the Autauga Place staff to inspect the premises after your event.  If there is no damage found to the house, furnishings or grounds, the deposit will be refunded in full.  

Cancellations Policy:  Cancellation of an event will cause renter to lose all deposits paid.

ALCOHOL POLICY:  Please note that if you wish to serve alcohol at your event there will be an additional $150.00 fee attached.  Renters must notify Autauga Place prior to the event if alcohol will be served.  Also, a security guard MUST be present at all events serving alcohol.
